If you are not happy with the goods you have received you 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order to us, provided they are in the original resalable condition they were sent in
Once returned you will be entitled to a credit for an exchange or a refund. We will not be able to exchange or refund items which appear to have been worn, washed, tags removed or not in the original condition sent
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your full refund of your original payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
All refund are processed within 3 working days of receiving your return.

If the item is received damaged or not as described, or you receive the wrong item please contact our customer service team and send pictures of the item/damage and once confirmed we will arrange a pre-paid label for your return.
