UK Shipping

UK shipping is free next working day delivery on all orders above £70 and placed before before 3pm, Please note that we dispatch Monday-Friday any orders placed after 3pm Friday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).  Please note this also applies to Bank Holidays, these are non-working days and your order will be dispatched the first working day available.  

Our delivery partners in the UK are primarily Royal Mail and DPD.  All orders are dispatched using a 1 working day service.

While we do always use a 1 day service for our UK customers, however please bare in mind if you do not live in the Mainland UK and you are in the following regions that delivery usually will take a day or two longer:

The Highlands, The Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Please also note that deliveries can also be delayed at peak times of the year such as November and December, while we will always ship with a 24 hour service as you will see on the label, our courier partners cannot always deliver within the service timeframe due to seasonal uplift.

WORLDWIDE Shipping

We ship worldwide and all our shipments are tracked and fully insured.  Our worldwide and rates are available as you check out and well as estimated delivery times.

Please bare in mind that all shipping times are estimated and that we cannot control delays on orders clearing and passing customs and that there can be unexpected delays out of the control of our delivery partner and ourselves.

Import Duties and Taxes

Buyers are responsible for all import charges and taxes that are raised on their order when entering the country, we are not responsible for these costs.  Buyers should check with their local government what taxes and charges will be due before ordering.

Our prices do include VAT at the UK standard rate of 20%, this can be refunded on request when we are shipping to a customer outside of the UK on non IOSS shipments.  If the shipment was sent IOSS then Sales tax has already been collected and paid on behalf of the customer
