Extended returns period - Christmas extension!

As of the 11th of November we have extended our returns period. If you make a purchase after this date you can be confident that you will receive your money back provided you return before the 10th of January. This extended period allows you as the customer to purchase an item from our store during the Black Friday period and if the item does not work out for Christmas you can return for a full refund or exchange! 

Please put a note in with the return of your deliver address and the reason for exchange. I.e. a size exchange - with the size you would like to exchange for. Or if a refund is preferred please include that in with the return so our team can action this as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not happy with the goods you have received, you 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order to us, provided they are in the original resalable brand new fully tagged condition they were sent in.

Once returned you will be entitled to a credit for an exchange or a refund.  We will not be able to exchange or refund items which appear to have been worn, washed, tags removed or not in the original condition sent, these will be returned at the customers expense.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your full refund of your original payment will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

All refund are processed within 3 working days of receiving your return.

Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, if the item is received damaged or not as described, or you receive the wrong item please contact our customer service team and send pictures of the item/damage.  Once confirmed we will arrange a pre-paid label for your return.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as it is the customers responsibility to return the item back to us safely and we are not responsible for returns that do not arrive.

We accept all major credit cards and offer Klarna and Paypal credit payment options.
